He spent<br \/>\nmost of his career at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and well known research consulting companies:<br \/>\nSAIC and MITRE Corporation in USA, from 1975 to 2003, as senior research scientist,<br \/>\nand lead engineer, engaging in research and managing projects in fusion microwave systems and space.<br \/>\nCurrently, he is a professor in Statistics at Beijing Normal University - Hong Kong Baptist University-<br \/>\nUnited International College.
